Track Proportioned to Loading Conditions

The three piece welded construction of  patented TARCA track allows maximizing the load carrying capacity to dead weight ratio.  The mild steel flange and web pieces and the high carbon alloy steel rail are all automatically welded together under rigidly controlled conditions.

Limitations of Competitive Track:

Some other patented tracks are simply two-piece designs - a high carbon alloy steel rail welded to a T-shaped structural member.  The total design flexibility to maximize the load carrying capacity to the dead weight ratio does not match patented TARCA track.
