Track Installation - Easier, Faster

Overall depth of patented TARCA track is held to close tolerances.  During the automatic welding operations, flange and rail are held square with web.  The top of the flange is straight and parallel with the rail treads.

Benefits:

• Installation is faster and easier because time consuming shimming and fitting are minimized
• Systems fit together neatly for smooth, quiet operation

Limitations of Competitive Track:

Most other types of patented track are simply not manufactured as straight as patented TARCA track.  When track is not straight or slightly twisted, erection time can increase greatly because of increased time required in straightening beams in the field and additional time for shimming. 

I-beams are manufactured only to mill tolerances and therefore are not as straight as patented TARCA track.  I-beams simply aren't manufactured to be used as tracks.
